There are two approaches to using the existing cabinets--you can strip the facings from the cabinet (remove them) or you can apply an oak veneer over the existing facing. This will take a decision to make sure that is the right direction since I do not know the condition of the existing facings. Veneer I am estimating at about 0 for materials (you would do the labor). Labor hired will probably as a rule of thumb be about equal to the material cost (depending on what part of the country you are in).
